After forcing myself to do a random act that I thought would would be a ‘good’ thing and would kick start me and give me some kind of purpose to initiate a few days off, I kept going on Sunday and just rather blindly headed north.
I walked (and warmed up) on Sunday and lovely as it was I just couldn’t see the point. Another dreadful night and I thought I may as well just head home again.
But then I just decided to try and settle a little. I did have another idea. Yesterday I moved just a few miles south. Somewhere I had promised to revisit so I went there and then just walked.
So that was it. One foot in front of another.
