Sourdough family

I adore this bread and it’s such a relief when it turns out well. The whole process takes 24 hours but so worth it. A very therapeutic pastime.
Advent loaf is next on the agenda. Need to get some practice in before the season to be jolly kicks in.
There comes a time in your life when you have to stop eating other people’s bread and just make your own.
