2018 Sunday — Friends

Marilyn & Jim have been here in SoCal visiting family and this afternoon they are on their way to LAX to head to their home in Seattle, and stopped to see us for an hour.

We’ve known Marilyn for many, many years. When she married Jim he was getting transferred to Texas from SoCal. They lived in the Dallas area for 10 years when he was transferred to Seattle, where they have now been for the past 4 or so years.

It was good to spend time with them. At the last minute as they were leaving, I said, “Hey, we didn’t take a picture!” So they paused for a moment before getting in the car and this is my souvenir of that moment.
