2019 Monday — Date Night

We needed to take a violin and a rolled-up foam mattress cover to Evie at Cal Baptist University (CBU) in Riverside. Her parents live on the Central Coast in Cambria; her Daddy was one of the team of three contractors who did the remodel on our coast house a couple years ago.

After giving Evie her things, we headed further into Riverside to make a stop at the CalSTRS office. They manage the teachers’ retirement plan that I am a part of. I made an appt for a couple weeks from now to get my paperwork finalized.

Then we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Spaghetti Factory. They have restaurants all over the U.S. and they are celebrating their 50th anniversary.
