Two blokes inspecting a new kitchen

A busy day, and also one in which I did the first "serious" exercise since early July. Progress!

Sadly people are starting to find my new office at the top of DHT and the diary is filling up. Must do something about that. Wrote, or recomposed, another few hundred words. I definitely know where this is going now.

PM came for dinner as he's in Edinburgh for a couple of days. Great to see him - the last time was in Helsinki in May.
