More snow

So, me and Flick were sitting in a restaurant in the town in the afternoon eating our breakfast. I was talking about all the new techniques I was learning from the PS book I bought last week when the subject came to black and white conversions.
We discussed the various ways you could do it until I proudly announced that I now know how to use gradient maps, at which point Flick told me she has been using them for ages. "Yes", said I, but you can make custom gradients. "I do that" she said. "what, with stops and stuff?" says I. "Yup", said she. "I have a number of custom gradients saved, many of which I use over and over again".
