Full of beans

So fidgety and hot last night, needless to say not the best nights sleep Ive ever had!!

Happy to see another bright and sunny day this morning though :-)

We went for a walk, picked up a paper then back home to wait for sis who was coming over here today. She had the usual traffic problems I have en route to hers!

We spent a lovely three hours looking around the bespoke shops at Cedar Farm, all new to sis, then we had a lovely lunch, a wrap filled with egg mayo, roast ham and spinach, with a dressed side salad, yum!!

Before we left we had to have a coffee in Roberts Roastery......divine as always :-)
The smell is just so rich and lovely....they were busily grinding beans for a bulk order so you can imagine the aroma :-)

A lazy couple of hours now, a light tea before heading out to the pub quiz. Not sure we will keep our top 3 streak going for a 6th week, as we are two down tonight ;-)
