I CAN do this

This is the evening view from my new flat :-) I can hear pigeons scrabbling about in the loft above me.

I returned to the flat after work today to inspect the packages that had arrived;    Self-assembly furniture – check    Down pillows – check    Allergy-proof mattress and pillow protectors – check    Pure cotton sheets – check   
I am waiting only for the mattress.

The self-assembly furniture is NOT an IKEA job - it requires tools. Tools which I know perfectly well how to use but which I do not own.
I don't think I am going to take this at a run, and that might mean a few days with the new mattress on the new floor before I can hoist it into its pigeon-loft.    Calm and steady.
