The root of the problem

Thought you might like to see yet another of our fallen trees. What amazes me with this 60 foot spruce tree is the fact that it was not just snapped off in the Hurricane but actually torn from the ground.

Reason I have my hiking shorts on in November? Well firstly it's almost a warm day but more importantly I have a knee brace on my left knee.
Problem arises when in the gym your mind tells you that you are still a teenager but your body reminds you that you are a pensioner.
Result very loud ouch + x-rays + painful injection + extreme limping + knee brace +!!!
