Bird Mansion II

So many of my fellow blippers enjoyed the Bird Mansion that I took on Sunday Bird Mansion I thought I'd go back today and get a close-up.
It's obviously in need of some tlc. The old house is vacant and up for sale so I'm toying with the idea of asking the Real Estate if this Bird Mansion could be sold separately.
I'd hate any new owners to throw it away just because it's old and a bit shabby.
I'll keep you posted on my negotiations....
