A bright sunny day

Early this morning workmen arrived to repair part of our fence which had blown over last week in storm Ali. They did a great job and it looks as good as new.

Later on, workmen came to fix the lights just outside our garden. Fortunately it was a lovely day, since it would be a bit unsafe up in the cherry picker if it was windy.

In other news, there is a greater demand for the GP Listening Service and I am now doing extra sessions on a Friday to try and reduce the waiting time. Because I am a volunteer, there are no funding issues about this to prevent this extra work.
