Cooking day

Up early to bake a loaf and it's been a busy day in the kitchen from there. Spanish tortilla made for tomorrow and prepped two more loaves. I had some tomatoes which were on the cusp so rather than bin them I've made a fresh tomato sauce and I'll use that on patatas bravas. I also did a roast dinner which Cal came round and helped to shift.
