END OF SEASON

I saw some dragonflies and Small Copper butterflies today, but all looking a little tattered and worn at the end of summer. I'm feeling a bit the same after all the bending, twisting and lifting I've been doing in the cupboard under the stairs. My back is threatening to go into spasm at any minute, so I'm moving in a very self-conscious, snakey way which B finds rather alarming! It works for me, though.
