HeartFreek's Big Birthday

We met Tamzin for breakfast with her family together with Charlotte and Chris at the party venue for this evening, and was a nice start to the day.  Then after breakfast Alan and I drove to Port Isaac, better known as Portwenn the home of the TV programme Doc Martin.  It's a lovely little fishing village and it was interesting to see where the programme was filmed - the Doc's house is for rent if anyone's interested!

We spent a nice couple of hours there and then headed back to the apartment to relax before getting ready for tonight's party.  Charlotte and Chris came round for a glass of fizz and then we walked over to Sea Spray on the beach where the party was being held.  It's a lovely venue and they had closed it to everyone other than Tamzin's guests which was great.  Daughter's number 1 and 2 together with Samuel Squidget had gone to a lot of effort decorating the place with lots of photos and heart related decorations, there was a decorative tree for people to hang heart related gifts and Tamzin had bought a heart back drop and lots of props to make a photo booth.

We had a fab night, and my blip had to be of the birthday girl - I love this photo of her with me and Charlotte and I love the fact that the three of us together with our hubbies have become really good friends, and it was all through Blip!
