The morning after

Many guests went back to the wedding venue to help clear up. They collected half used wine bottles from the tables and sealed them to take home (see extra).
Rupert plays cricket with the MCC and there were many cricketers amongst the guests so an impromptu cricket match developed. Very noisy, very entertaining! Rain stopped play, how different from the day of the wedding.
It isn't all over yet, because the bride and groom, together with twenty of their guests are flying to Barbados for a "Buddymoon", a week long party in the sun! We were invited but instead have chosen to have a "staycation" in the UK.
What a weekend!
