There are Ferrys at the bottom of the garden......

Grey day was fun day today as we set out to walk around the harbour here at Victoria and we sorta did. We got as far as Fisherman’s Wharf and then got a water taxi to Westbay on the other side to complete the circuit over the lovely new bridge then had a look in on Minature World an amazing history with folk about a half an inch high and finally a stop for grub. I am not big on grub but enjoyed the experience of them sharing the apple pie with caramel and ice cream for dessert.
We loved the water taxi thing and the boat ride was delightful made that way by the Captain as we were his only passengers and the chat was great. And amazing thing about Victoria was the number of folk we met on the walk that had been to NZ. The Commonwealth thing really works...
