Day Two

Started off a bit wet but not too cold. Got filled up with some porridge, packed up and headed off.

Bags felt a little lighter on our backs with most of our food eaten (although I definitely took too much food overall!)

Weather wasn't too bad. Couple of blasts of rain on the tops of the hills and jackets on for the most part.

Today the time limit for our class was 5 hours. We came in just under that with 15 mins to spare.

Again it just flew by.

Brothers navigation skills managed to put us up to 22nd place overall (out of 110) and 1st in our category (MIXV) and my nephew 4th in his category! (M)

Absolutely chuffed to bits with the results.
No way I could have done it without my brother. All I had to do was eat and follow!!
