House hunting! Hmm

So we have been house hunting for a short time, something rural, a doer upper, not too big not too small, close enough to commute to Cork City... We came across a house online which was within budget and sounded very promising so we went on a scouting mission...

"House in quiet secluded area, in need of minor repairs"

What do you think? Not sure it even qualifies for a house?? Lol
