Hoods were up...

... all over town this afternoon. This was not really because of the temperature, which seemed to be around 14-16 C; it was all about the strong gusts of wind.

The man was having particular difficulty with his hood -it seemed rather large. The second shot of them (see extra) shows the hood was constantly falling over his face.
