Although the two women look like they have seen me, but, as in most of these situation, they are just looking around whilst they talk. I see that all the time.

If they even take note of the camera, it is unlikely they think anyone would be interested in photographing them, especially some anonymous bloke who is constantly fiddling with the controls on the camera (like it is too complicated for him). That's a useful impression to give.
