Eider One
Its Thursday so its a trip to Campbeltown for the shopping and a chance to wander around the harbour in search of a blip.
The gales that were forecast for the morning came to very little and had passed through during the night. The day ended up mostly dry, although very overcast with poor light for blipping. I thought there might be something bright and colourful about the harbour, especially as the fishing boats were still tied up because of the rough seas. However, there was little to inspire and I turned my attention once more to the Eider Ducks in the sea loch. I love watching and listening to them and am determined to get some decent shots. Unfortunately, the light made it difficult today, which was annoying as they were slightly closer than yesterday.
I will just have to persevere and there will be no excuses when the conditions are right!
