I Hope I Managed That Today.....

A lovely start to the day as I set off to work. A morning interviewing and I think we have found the right person for the job. I am not that keen on interviewing and I always try to make the interviewee feel as relaxed as possible as it’s all about getting the best out of people not putting them under unrealistic pressure...I hope I managed that today.
