Small town chuch

I guess this was a study of light. I purposefully underexposed it, exposing more for the light. A faster lens would have deepened the effect, I think. I slept all day after my morning class, and now on top of feeling completely unproductive, I feel like a world-class failure as a photographer, because the picture is lame. I drove a little ways out of town (Columbia, MO) in search of scenery, and turned up nothing... I want to keep doing this photo a day even when my photos suck, I'm literally praying to God to get better, so maybe this photo IS appropriate. :)
