Sunderland Sunrise

Felt just as bad this morning even though I woke up to this lovely view.

A quick trip to a supermarket for medication then it was business as usual.

Very productive day with clients at our manufacturing facility in Sunderland.

They left just after lunch for their long drive back to Hastings (in a very nice Ford Mustang) then I left around 2pm for the 3 hour drive straight to my Uni class.

Got a call from my sister advising my Uncle D had a heart attack!!

He seems to be doing ok after a couple of stents. Will call tomorrow.
