Admiring the view

Anne and Malc came over to Wooler today, and MrM and I took most of the day off. Had a lovely walk in the Cheviots - up through Humbleton village, round the side of Humbleton Hill and on to the tops, before going down to the Common. No red squirrels on the Common, but in one particular spot there were dozens of butterflies fluttering around. Quite a spectacle!

Back to the flat for scones and cake, before Anne and Malc returned to their B&B in Belford. We joined them at the Black Swan in the evening for a meal. A good day!
