Shining light!

Yes .... I know .... I can hear you groaning ....... it is another butterfly!

You should be safe tomorrow as we have heavy rain forecast all day ..... so the chances of yet another butterfly are very slim!

Couldn't resist blipping it & it is a bit different ...... loved the way the sunlight was lighting up the wings of the Small Tortoiseshell ....... do hope you like it :-)

As well as the Small Tortoiseshell there were also a Peacock & 2 Red Admiral in the garden today (extras) .... so lovely to still have them visit :-)

Best of all a Humming-bird Hawk-moth came for a brief visit! Really chuffed to see it .... bit disappointed that I didn't manage to get a photo of it though :-)

The electrician came this afternoon .... but he arrived in a vehicle without any logo & without any identification ..... so, as the landlords insist we ask to see identification of all their contractors, he went away again! So that means another appointment at some point!

This is the second time recently that one of their contractors has turned up without identification .... that does make it difficult to see their ID before admitting them! Wish they would get their act together! Same excuse/reason each time ..... 'only recently started working for them' ..... maybe the company should sort out ID before they start! Hey ho!
