Lunch break

Today I went over to Liverpool and met with JanetH and another friend.
We went to see the giants of Liverpool. They are huge puppets taking about 12 people to move their limbs and eyes . We saw theboy and the dog. There is a diver but today he was on Wirral, they're all meeting up at Liverpool docks tomorrow I think.
The puppets are from France and a French street theatre group, this is apparently their last ever outing.
We started near Lime Street station and followed them all the way through the streets of LIverpool to Princes Park. Here they have just arrived and getting ready for their lunch. The boy was later craned onto the deckchair and both he and the dog settled down for an afternoon nap before heading off to the dockland!
We left them there and managed to get a delicious lunch in a Vietnamese restaurant before heading home.
