just what the doctor ordered

On my way to work this morning, I heard about GPs in Shetland prescribing nature walks for their patients.

I had a nice walk to the waterfall at Routin Brig when I got home this evening which did the trick for me. On the way I met Max from Steilhead Cider who said that he had been pressing our windfall apples. He left me some goodies at the end of the drive (see extra). I had a wee glass of Nuthatch with a healthy dinner cooked by D.
