The North Wind will blow

I popped into Murton Lochs only to find out that the car park was closed due Storm Ali had brought down loads of trees and the men with chain saws were in clearing up . I was told I could park in Tentsmuir Forrest and walk back so this is what I did 4 miles there four back .  The walk in was interesting with loads of dragon flies and butterflies still going about see extra . When wee got to the normal hide the area where we would normally see plenty of birds and red squirrels was completely  devastated  with trees all around blown down , the only bird we saw was this Robin who probably came down in the hope we had food . I think it will take a long time before the area will recover .
