Independence Rally

There was a Scottish Independence Rally at Holyrood today. Lots of cars and bikes were on their way in when I was at Haymarket this afternoon. The traffic was very heavy with hardly anything moving and lots of Saltires and Royal Standards to be seen. See extra.
I rather liked this chap on his motor bike with sidecar. He looked quite the thing sporting his kilt and with a picnic basket tied into his luggage rack.
I had a good walking day today, my regular Sainsburys and cycle track circle this morning then walked back home from Haymarket this afternoon.
17300 steps which is 7.7 miles in my wee steps!
