Today's the day ……………………… for a special breakfast

There's a tradition in Tessa's family that Sunday breakfasts are something to make a special effort for.

So today, we had pancakes - complete with tossing - and various trimmings.  She had all three of hers with just a little butter.  Another had bacon and marmalade (because we had no maple syrup!) or just a bit of sugar and lemon.  One way or another, they were all enjoyed.

Now, Tessa, Josie, Rob and Brodie have gone back home and the house is eerily quiet again.  Next time we see them, it will be somewhere new - but we like the special breakfast idea very much ………………………..
