Don't Ask Me; what you know is true

A week past last Thursday - *as of today - the Lads and myself undertook a "Funny Bus Tour"

During the day, Boy worked a School Fayre, and of course we are without J-J because she has had to return to work in Wilmington, Himself and I wandered the streets of Charlotte, admiring the Panther's Stadium, the Parks, the Settlers Cemetary (said hello to some of my long lost relatives, dating back from 1700).

Then at 6; we headed for the Funny Bus - a Vintage Open Windowed Bus - took our carryout, and settled in.   Roxanne was our Hostess with the Mostest.

We toured all over the greater Charlotte Area, with Roxanne telling us truths, and half lies and downright obscene lies about what we were seeing.   45 minutes in, we had drunk our beer, so we stopped at a Craft Brewers, jumped off and got some more, and boarded once more.

The tour ended where it started;  at the start of the arts district.   How beautiful were the sculptures there - a keyboard, stamps, books, and words.

Boy Stood on this one, and I said "Read the words".

He said " A blip waiting to happen",

and I turned away, tears in my eyes.
