Hotel Bondi

After an intensive rehearsal this afternoon I went down to Bondi Beach for a breather and some blip-hunting before tackling the commute home. Plenty of photo ops here, but mostly pretty ordinary. Chased a few seagulls and waves (with my camera), did much people watching, and then had a sudden craving for both coffee and icecream, but didn't want affogato.

Was rewarded by the find of a Swiss place that had an icecream made with proper espresso. Today's photo expresses how I feel about the best of Bondi - classy old buildings, a strong blue sky, the sea air, people & food from all over the world, and a perfect coffee/icecream.
