A Life of My Own

Rain. All day. Got out the waterproof trousers for my cycle to brunch. It’s always a more hazardous ride in the rain - other hooded walkers and cyclists tend not to bother looking when it’s raining, somehow thinking that they are the only people on the roads in this weather.
Met with Edd this afternoon - the guy who could be the answer to all my flat alteration needs. Fingers crossed.
I’ve started the new book group choice a bit late but am hoping that it will be an easy read as it’s a biography. A few eyebrow raising moments already. I love it when a book forces you into involuntary exclamation when reading it.
