What a difference a day makes!

Yesterday and today have been as different as Tuesday and Wednesday!

Sunshine and blue sky today - and the flood level has gone down a little in Lochavullin car park and the three cars have been towed out. All is well until the Force Ten coming in on Friday, we're told. I shall be on the train to London, so maybe I won't see that.

We took a picnic into Glen Lonan where it was sunny enough to feel quite hot and even the gentle breeze was almost warm! This is the view from our picnic spot - this was the only real flooding we saw in the Glen. We went on to the tunnels and picked some beans and came home the main road way.

There was a beautiful sunset this evening and we walked up to the Tower to see it. We were a few minutes late, but the silhouette of the mountains were as beautiful as ever.
