Apologies...

...a dire blip , but it is only now at 9.25pm I am sitting down to cheese on toast for my tea.

A day of 'will mum get the operation or not' due to delays. She did eventually late afternoon and they were able to do it keyhole .
Went in tonight to see her and she was surprisingly awake, comfortable and alert. Let's hope that continues.

Now I have several people to phone and make a list of what I need to do tomorrow.

Then bed!
