Map of our Village

I walked to the surgery this morning to get my flu inoculation and took today’s picture as I walked home. It is a map of the village, standing in the Railway Station car park; I had not noticed it before. Not only is it a map, but also includes pictures of various buildings, including the Church, which are situated around the village.
 
A day of catching up with everything including replying to U3A emails as well as students. 
   
The new boiler arrived this afternoon and now we have to wait for someone to come and fit it. It seems it is exactly the same dimensions as the one which had been installed and apparently this should be a much simpler job. I shall believe that when it happens.

It is windy, but not too cold today although it looks as though it will rain late this afternoon or evening.
