Hip Hip Hooray!!!!!
Miss E only went and passed the 11+
Whoop whoop!!!
We are so proud of her and she’s so proud of herself and happy.
Pizza delivery tonight and a family snuggle on the sofa watching Harry Potter. Brilliant!!
I had a lovely time today with Mrs C. I had planned to go to Bath but the weather was so awful there didn’t seem to be too much point. We met at the Designer Outlet in Swindon and had the most expensive Chai lattes in the world, a lovely mooch round and then lunch in Wagamamas.
It was so good to see her as ever.
I bought this card for Miss E and the boots she loved the other day in Clarks. I wanted her to have something special no matter what the result was.
Mr K messaged to say the results had arrived. Miss E had said she wanted to open them herself so he resisted the urge to rip open the envelope. Impressive willpower!!!!
He did however shine a torch through it and twist and turn it until he had an idea of the contents. Fingers crossed he was right......
I drove back from Swindon just in time to pick up Miss E who unbelievably wanted to go to the cafe as usual rather than straight home to rip the bloody envelope open!
Eventually we got home and she opened it.
I will never forget the smile that broke out on her face when she saw the mark.
“I got 143” she said.
She needed 121.
Whoop whoop!!!!!!!!
Miss L was at her school disco until 7pm, having been at a hockey tournament this afternoon. All awesome apparently!!
A big day in the K household!!!!!
