It's one thing lazing around in summer, but when there's work to be done... As any good cleaning operative will tell you, when the spiders start spinning webs on you, the writing's on the wall. Similarly with what I believe is Floating Fairy Moss. A good Cleaning Frog would at least make sure he himself was clean.
Alas, in the end it all comes done to us humans. If we want the pond weed-free and neat, we've got to pull our finger out and get on with it. If only the weather... Oh excuses! Excuses!
