Day at Denbies Vineyard

We walked to Denbies which is a 15 minute walk from my son's flat to have our 60th birthday (which was last December) day out. Due to new babies etc this was the first time we could all make it on the same day!
The weather was warm and sunny, and we took a little ride on a train to the top of the hill where we could see for miles. There was an interesting talk, a very nice lunch and later, an indoor talk about how the wine is made. Plenty of (English) wine was consumed throughout the day and it was great to spend time with my children, their partners and my grandsons.
