Lando

Great excitement as our friend Shelagh arrived this evening for a few days stay.  Her dog, Lando, straight away made himself at home in Ollie's bed!  He is another old dog, and the pair of them get on well together, having know each other just about all their lives.  

Hope we get some more lovely days like today so we can do some exploring.  I even managed to cut the grass this morning - with a bit of luck it will be for the last time this year!   Three hens laying now, so I took some eggs up to Ruth and Jimmy and had a lovely time, just sitting in their kitchen laughing, while Olllie had a piece of her homemade shortbread!   We are so lucky to have such lovely friends and neighbours.
