Sunshine

Today we were up before 5am to take a taxi to the airport for our sunshine break in Fuerteventura with our friends S & A.  Our flight left on time and a little over 4 hours later we reached our destination.  This island is quite bleak in the way that volcanic islands are, but our holiday accommodation is an oasis of green and floral beauty.  I've not had much time for photos, but had to share this shot of what I see when I look up from my sun lounger on our verandah.

The hotel is known for its resident cats.  I may feature one here but will certainly be posting their pics on Instagram!
