Organic salad

Thought that a salad made from all organic veggies from my garden (carrots, green beans, onions and garlic) with a dressing of organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar would work for the Abstract Thursday theme.  It's marinating in the fridge, ready for tonight's meal.  Another version in my 2nd journal.

Blipping earlier than usual today because our neighbour is coming over to show us his photos from his recent trip to Ireland, Scotland and London.  I'm particularly looking forward to the ones from Scotland.  We'll see if he took any photos of places that I requested.  :) He gives a good commentary to go with them, so we usually plan on several hours!
