An historic day

Recreational use of marijuana is now legal in Canada, only the 2nd country to legalize it, although medical marijuana has been legal for a number of years here.  Not edibles yet though. There's only one legal outlet in BC just now, and it isn't this shop in Ganges.  It can be ordered legally on line.  I don't think we'll notice any change in the aroma in the air here, not at all unusual to smell marijuana. I doubt that this shop will close its doors like at least one other outlet in BC has.
We had follow-up doctor appointments today and got our flu shots.  We also exercised our right to vote and made our choices in regional and community elections.  I'm really hoping that Americans turn out in record numbers in the November elections to the south of us.
