Pom Pom

Called at the farm shop on our way home yesterday and bought a bunch of white dahlia, at least twelve pom pom heads and lots of buds all for the princely sum of £3.
Locally grown, so that is pleasing as l am sure l’m not alone in being concerned about the air miles used to bring us our weekly flowers.
Early session at the gym for both of us.
Home and l cut both lawns and raked the leaves.
This afternoon we went into Ilkley for a tootle round and enjoyed a coffee sat outside in the autumn sunshine, let’s hope it lasts.
Home now, just airing the red and listening to David Byrne on Spotify.
Going to see him tomorrow in his concert : American Utopia , have read rave reviews about it so need to get acquainted with some of his new stuff but l know we will hear a lot of his hits from the Talking Heads era.
Then it’s Strictly and a curry: excited already.
