For the Fallen

This morning the service and ceremony of dedication was held, for a new garden area at the back of our village hall. The hall was built as a Memorial Hall for the Fallen from the village during WW1, and this year funds have been raised to tidy up the land behind the Hall and turn it into an attractive garden and paved area.
It's so moving to hear the names read out, sometimes several from the same family.
