Red Breasted Sapsucker

Home from the beach and saw this Sapsucker pecking holes in the birch tree. I think this was the first one I have seen this year.

I cracked several crabs and we made crab sandwiches for dinner.  English Muffin covered with mixture of lots of crab, shredded cheese, lemon juice & seasoning..... then broiled until golden brown.....yummy.
