Streets of Milan

I went out for a stroll near Milan Centrale and took this image on Via Vetruvio as my wife was getting ready for breakfast. 

During the day we visited Castello Sforzesco, I was looking at the coat of arms (in extras) and noticed it was similar to the emblem for Alfa Romeo cars, and it turns out that there is a link, but I never before realised before that the Alfa Romeo logo shows a serpent eating someone. 

Also visited the Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio and also found time to see the fascinating San Bernardino alle Ossa with its ossuary, that is decorated with numerous human skulls and bones. (in extras)
