2018 Saturday — Monterey

Today we had the privilege of being on a 2-hour tour of Doc Ricketts’ Pacific Biological Laboratories.

There’s so much to write about this — 6 individual speakers (4 men and 2 women) spoke into our morning about this property, about Doc Ed Ricketts, about John Steinbeck, about the Gentlemen’s Club that eventually bought the property — 21 men of various backgrounds and serious intellectuals. All the info was so very fascinating and meaningful.
