parkrun & ice-cream

I decided to run at Troon parkrun this morning. It was a nice flat course but even at that time of the morning it was too warm for me. Was lovely to cool down in the sea afterwards though.

Mum and with me to watch. We then had lunch at Seamill Hydro followed by ice cream at Narcinis in Largs.
